Our program in South Africa aims to protect the genetic integrity of this majestic wildcat by performing trap-neuter-return (TNR) of feral and free-roaming cats along the border of Kruger National Park, a well-known AWC habitat.

Kittens born outdoors face overwhelming odds: viral infections that threaten their fragile immune systems, injuries from cars or predators, and euthanasia if brought to shelters. Female cats also suffer under a constant cycle of heat - pregnancy - birthing - and nursing, while males endure injuries from fighting eachtoher for mating rights.
Proceeds from these bracelets help fund community cat sterilizations to improve lives and prevent kitten suffering.
